About Me

Amit Aggarwal, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Radiology in the Division of Neuroradiology at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology with subspecialty certification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology.

Dr. Aggarwal is a graduate of SUNY Downstate Medical Center, followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident. Dr. Aggarwal then completed a fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at Mount Sinai.

He has a special interest in spine imaging and procedures. Dr. Aggarwal has served as Program Director for the Diagnostic Neuroradiology Fellowship at Mount Sinai since March 2020.
