About Me
Dr. Khelemsky is the Program Director Emeritus of The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Pain Medicine Fellowship and serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He was also the past- Chair of the Pain Medicine Committee of the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists.
His clinical practice focuses on the interventional treatment of headache, neck pain, and low back pain.
Dr. Khelemsky was recognized as a Metro and Regional Top Doctor in Pain Medicine in 2015- 2023 by Castle Connolly.
He was also named by New York SuperDoctors (New York Times Magazine) as one of the top doctors in New York for 2015-2023.
He is a 3 time recipient of the Cullman Family Award for Excellence in Physician Communication - ranking in the top 1% nationally.
